Alongside individual therapy, our holistic treatment program includes skills and process groups that can be beneficial for clients who have served in the military.

These groups help clients to identify specific challenges and triggers before developing methods for managing them. Clients can measure their progress from week to week and see tangible evidence of their improvement. These groups also allow clients to engage with and benefit from the perspectives and experiences of others.
