Gillian is a dedicated social worker and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) with a deep commitment to helping individuals and communities heal and thrive. As Executive Director of the Virtual Outpatient Program, Gillian leads with compassion and expertise, fostering innovative approaches to behavioural health care in the digital space.

 

With extensive experience working with first responders and individuals grappling with complex trauma, Gillian is uniquely attuned to the challenges faced by those navigating high-stress professions and the long-term impacts of trauma. Their approach integrates evidence-based therapies with a client-centred philosophy, empowering individuals to reclaim their lives and achieve lasting recovery.

 

Gillian also holds advanced trainings in EMDR, DBT & Brainspotting.
