Bio
James Munro is a Canadian born and raised chef with over 30 years vast experience in food and beverage management and the hospitality industry (from BC to Ontario). James has held several positions as mentor, teacher and trainer which have diversified his career and broaden his skills and expertise.
From training at risk youth at a small restaurant in Vancouver (his hometown) in his twenties, to working for over a decade at a renown hotel chain holding different positions while progressing in a successful career, to catering private functions, James has accumulated a wide variety of skills that are present in everyday meals.
James considers preparing and serving food just as edifying and nurturing as creating a healthier environment for clients to overcome challenges and to be able to succeed in their goals while at Trafalgar Addiction Treatment Centres.
