Thank you for joining me on your wellness journey. Today’s video is about journaling prompts for self-discovery.
Life gives us many opportunities for self-discovery and self-growth. It’s important to get to know yourself, your likes, your dislikes, your needs, your boundaries, your values, your limits, your vulnerabilities and your strengths. After all, you will be with you for the rest of your life.
So why not invest in understanding who you are and make the most out of the relationship with you?
Here are some prompts to get you started in reflecting and understanding who you are. If someone I trust described me, what would they say? What am I proud of myself for? When do I feel most in tune with myself? What makes me happy? What makes me sad? What makes me angry? What makes me feel at peace?
What is my biggest regret and what did I learn from this experience? What is one thing I’m really good at? What’s one thing that is better that I don’t do? What is a challenge that I’ve overcome? And how did I overcome it? What makes me unique? How and where can I embrace my uniqueness? Was there anything else I’d like to get to know about myself?
Thank you for joining me for this video. Life is a journey of self-discovery. I hope you enjoy the ride.
