
Bio
Megan Emerson is a trauma-informed, 200hr certified yoga and meditation teacher. Her classes are designed to create balance in the body through breath and movement in a way that is accessible for all.
Recently she completed a 7hr additional certification course in Traumatic Brain Injury allowing her to facilitate one on one sessions for those in recovery.
Through her work, she has seen first hand how yoga, meditation and mindfulness can create a positive change in one’s life.
