Virtual Addiction Program

Access Trafalgar’s Virtual Platform
We provide virtual addiction treatment over a secure, end-to-end encrypted platform.
You will receive your individual therapy sessions and fill out daily and one-time interactive exercises on this platform.

What You Will Receive
Over the next 4-weeks

Individual Psychotherapy Sessions
These sessions will be individualized and 1-on-1.
You and your registered Master’s level therapist will start to solve your addiction problem by understanding what causes it.
Duration:Â 3 sessions each week, for a total of 12 sessions.
Skills Group Video Lessons (12 Sessions)
During the lessons, the instructor may go over some exercises. They may also encourage you to write down your own answers.
You can always pause the video if you need extra time to do so. Keep your answers with you for future reference.
Duration:Â 3 sessions each week, for a total of 12 sessions.


Interactive Exercises (Daily and One-time)
In addition to your video lessons, you will receive interactive forms containing daily and one-time exercises.
The lessons’ exercises and printouts will be assigned to you as daily interactive forms through the platform. Please examine and/or fill out these forms daily.

Kinga Marchment,

Removing the Mask of Stress, Frustration and Anxiety
Kinga is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy and a multitude of training in addictions, couple & family therapy, trauma therapy; specifically, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples. Kinga is an EMDRIA approved therapist.
Gillian Saunders-Drutz, MSW, RSW
Language of Letting Go
Gillian is a clinical therapist with over five years of experience working collaboratively with youth, adults and their families in a variety of settings. Being a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service workers, a certified non-violent Crisis Intervention Instructor with the Crisis Prevention Institute and having a background in complex trauma and gender-based violence, Gillian comes to us with a set of well-rounded skills. She is a calm and non-judgmental professional who looks forward to working collaboratively with clients on their individual journey to recovery.
Nathaniel Israel,
MA, RP
Understanding and Management of Destructive Behaviours
Nathaniel is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Psychology. He has worked extensively with adults who have been experiencing emotional difficulties stemming from rumination, negative self-talk, difficulties from loss or traumatic experiences and maladaptive thinking patterns. Nathaniel believes that at the centre of every unhealthy behaviour is the difficulty identifying and expressing painful unpleasant emotions as well as the associated negative thinking patterns.
