Christina Stecyk is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
She completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Studies, and certification in Autism and Behavioural Science.
Christina uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
She utilizes empathy and compassion in her sessions, and creates a comfortable therapeutic session for working on challenging emotions.
