Karyn Dowdall does not currently work at Trafalgar.
Karyn specializes in the treatment of those with concurrent mental health and addiction issues.
She has facilitated individual and group work in the residential and virtual outpatient setting, as well as Aftercare support for those in the maintenance phase of their recovery.
Karyn’s interest in addictions and concurrent issues is also fuelled by her past work as a Recovery Coach and Addictions Counsellor.
Karyn also brings an appreciation for the mind-body connection to her practice of psychotherapy.
Karyn Dowdall was the creator of Healthy Hibernation Project at Trafalgar.
