Meredith is a highly skilled and compassionate professional with a strong background in mental health and addiction treatment. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Registered Yoga Teacher, she brings a unique and holistic approach to her work.
Meredith is currently completing the practicum portion of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University and has been trained in various modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) which allows her to provide comprehensive and personalized care to individuals struggling with addiction.
With a deep understanding of the complex nature of addiction, Meredith is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. Her integration of yoga and mindfulness techniques into therapy and group sessions fosters self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Meredith’s empathetic and non-judgmental approach creates a safe space for clients to explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop effective coping strategies.
