Nathaniel Israel is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Psychology.
He has worked extensively with adults who have been experiencing emotional difficulties stemming from rumination, negative self-talk, difficulties from loss or traumatic experiences and maladaptive thinking patterns.
Nathaniel believes that at the centre of every unhealthy behaviour is the difficulty identifying and expressing painful unpleasant emotions as well as the associated negative thinking patterns.
Nathaniel targets these areas by providing the safe space to uncover these unpleasant emotions and negative thinking styles.
He also pulls from empirically driven modalities such as motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic work, as well as several trauma informed therapies to bring about healing.
