Bio
Saba Mir is a registered psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
She completed her Master’s degree in counselling at the University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University (Joint program) in 2015. Saba has been in practice since then.
Saba draws from a variety of therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Attachment Based Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
